Complaints
PALS and Complaints have recently been pulled closely together by the Department of Health, making PALS the first contact for all enquiries and complaints. Our PALS Officer now assesses all calls, letters and emails received by both departments and either passes the complaint to the Complaints department or deals with the enquiry directly.

PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service)
The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS), is a confidential, informal, rapid response service which is available to all patients, carers, relatives and the general public who may have concerns or issues regarding any services that are offered by the Trust. PALS will also signpost you to other organisations and has links with all the other PALS services in England. More information >>>
