When we are unable to publish information this way, or, if an applicant would prefer to view information in a different medium, we will indicate alternative methods by which the information can be obtained. Contact details can be found in our Guide to Information.
Specific information which is not published under our Guide to Information can be requested in writing, subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
In exceptional circumstances, some information may only be available by viewing in person. Where this is specified, contact details will be provided. An appointment to view the information will be arranged within a reasonable timescale. Whenever possible, we will try and release information in the format in which it is requested.
Information will be provided in the language in which it is held or in such other language or format that is required.
