PALS and Complaints

 

We welcome comments and feedback about all healthcare services in Somerset and there is an active programme, which includes consultations on services we would like to develop. If you have a concern about the service you have received from us, please feel free to raise your concerns directly with staff.

If you feel you are unable to raise a comment, concern or suggestion about our services directly with staff, you can also contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). Further information about PALS and contact information is available by clicking on the 'Patient Advice and Liaison Service' link on the right hand side of this page. 

We aim to provide courteous and consistently high quality services to our patients. However, if our services do not meet your expectations, please let us know so that we can take whatever action is necessary and appropriate to put matters right.
