- 3 kiwi fruit
- 16 pieces satsuma
- 16 red or white seedless grapes
- 8 large strawberries, halved
- 225g low fat strawberry fromage frais
1. Peel the kiwi and cut into eight pieces.
2. Thread different pieces of fruit onto 16 cocktail sticks or small skewers.
3. Serve with the fromage frais as a dip.
